I have a 2 month old baby, and I started back to work last week. I usually feed her about 6. I get to work at 7, pump at 10 (get 6 or 7 ounces) and then pump again at 1:00 and get the same. I then get home at 3:30 and nurse her. So 2 bottles of 6-7 ounces each is what I leave for her each day. I guess it depends on how much and how often she eats. I tried to get it so she would hold off and eat every 3 hours (the doctor said she should wait about this long to eat-she was eating every 2 hours). This has helped in getting her to sleep longer at night too!

I have a 19 week old daughter and I am having issues getting enough supply for her... Is there something you take for the 6-7 oz or is that just regular for you... Is that both breast combined or single???

I don't take anything to get the 6-7 ounces. That is for both breasts combined. My sister-in-law told me to pump after each feeding on the weekend to build up my supply. You only get an extra 2 ounces usually, but that seemed to work. Now, I usually pump right after she eats in the morning if I have time, or I pump after her last feeding of the night. I now give her 2 ounces of cereal with milk in the morning, nurse her, pump at work twice, feed her again at 3:30 when I get home, mix 2 ounces of milk with cereal at around 6 and then nurse her, and then nurse her again before bed. She sleeps from 8:30 or 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. That's what I would suggest though is pump after feedings to increase your supply.
