I'm not sure but kellymom.com has tons of great info and I'm sure the answer is there.

I read on kellymom.com that freshly pumped milk can be left on ice packs for up to 24hours.  I pump at work and than place my milk in a cooler bag with ice packs and it's there for about 6-9hours before I put it in the back of my fridge for the next day!

I think room temp milk is good for up to 8 hours. Always smell or taste it first to be sure though.
