    I fell off the wagon. . .

The junk food wagon that is.  I had been doing so well staying away from junk food.  Well, yesterday I went to CVS to pick up a prescription (which ended up the doctor forgot to call it in) and the halloween candy isle was too much for me and I bought a bag of assorted m&m's, twix, and snickers.  I've eaten way more than I needed of those little fun size candies.  Hmmph.

It happens to the best of us!  Big Smile

My brother keeps going to Hershey PA and bringing back bags of candy as gifts.  I am going to have to give it to trick-or-treaters!

Well at least you were on the wagon at some time! All I do is complain about how bad I need to start doing something!

Oh, I know what you mean! I am not buying our Halloween candy until the 31st (even though it will be marked up to $12) and then I am going to buy the king size which I know I won't eat. the bite size candies are FAR more dangerous for me.

I got a tip at my weight watchers meeting about the "snack size" candies. Our meeting leader said to keep all of the wrappers next to the bag- that way you are keeping track with how many you are eating. the theory is that as you see the wrappers piling up, you are less likely to mindlessly munch. for me though, the more wrappers that i see simply means the more guilty I will feel as I continue to pop them in my mouth!
