I've noticed since giving birth and exclusively BF my son, I've had a lot of tooth pain. They just feel achy. Is this normal while BF? My husband says it's because I'm not getting enough calcium. Plus, I've been really cold lately which he says is another sign of not getting enough calcium.
Anyone know about this?
i dont know but im having toothache too right now just real sore near my wisdom tooth on the left bottom and i know im getting enough calcium im taking one a day womens and i drink milk like its goin out of style
I had the same thing!!
It is a calcium defiecency. You can take a supplement. I just took one that I bought at the grocery store. :)
Thanks for the replies! I think it's just a calcium thing, too. I started trying to up my calcium intake through milk and foods, and the pain has gone away. Yay! Plus, I'm still taking my prenatals.
I only had it with my second as well. I think my stores were depleated. The calcium supp took away the pain for me. Good luck!
