    what solids has everyone introduced?

    So far I have done

    Avocados

    Pears

    Mangos

    Banana

    Blueberries

I want to introduce a veggie soon. After we eat our way thru all the yummyness I have in the freezer for him already.

It's later on now...but we have done:

    Fruits:

    Avocado

    Banana

    Pear

    Apple

    Peach

    Mango

    Papaya

    Blueberry

    Veggies:

    Sweet Potato

    Butternut Squash

    Green Beans

    Green Peas

    Eggplant

    Carrots

I'm going to puree some broccoli, cauliflower, and zucchini this week and start introducing those as well. Smile Oh, and I'm planning on starting yogurt soon too.

We've done all that you have posted. But add pineapple, strawberries, and raspberries to the fruit. Same for veggies minus eggplant, and add zuchini I actually made a veggie stew with sweet potatoes, carrots, corn, spinach, asparagus, onions, tomatoes and kale then blended, and it seems to be his favorite out of everything!

A few weeks ago we added brown rice, whole grain toast, rice krispies, and gerber puffs. He also seems to loooove refried beans with salsa and rice =)

I mixed zucchini with yellow squash and added curry to it (and tofu) and Victor LOVED it!  I do have to say, when I tasted it, it was really good!!
