According to the March of Dimes, half a million babies are born prematurely each year (approximately 10 percent of all pregnancies). Premature infants have many special needs that make their care different from that of full-term infants.     I am a mother of preemie twins...I check back here every so often so you could talk to me if you like...otherwise I dont think that there are too many people on this board..... Carla
