    Best treatmeant for Diaper Rash

When my little ones get a diaper rash....i have learned over experience the beat way to treat it. clean the area with wipe, then apply Tucks pad, gently rub the pad on the effected area using a dabbing like motion. sometimes i leave it on the area for a minute or two. then apply diaper rash cream. My daughter had a horrible rash from being sick and i applied this one time, the next time i changed her diaper it was almost all gone!!!!

I actually steer clear of wipes all together. If you wash your babies bottom after a messy BM, then gently pat dry you can prevent many rashes. If your baby already has a rash do the same with a twist; after you pat your babies bottom dry apply a small amount of Butpaste. It works wonders!! I also have used Pinkxalve. You have to get it in the back of the pharmacy behind the counter I believe because people like to steal it. Pinkxalve also will stain clothes so be careful. But always wash the baby's bottom if they have a rash already.

I have always used Burt's Baby Bees Diaper ointment. The rash is gone by the next changing. Also use warm wet cloths- not wipes. I like the Tucks idea (above). Never tried that!
