Hi Girls~
I just wanted to share some news that we got about Tiny-Man. We took him for his four year check up and when they did the check of his private area they found that he has an undecended testical. :( We had previously been told that it was "retractile" meaning that it moved up and down in the sack, but that turned out to not be the case. :( We are going to have to have this surgercially fixed. I'm waiting for the doctor's office to call me w/ their schedule so that I can get this booked for him. The procedure will take about 1.5 hours and he will be under general anesthesia for it. :\ That has me totally freaked out!! He's still just sooo small to be put under like that.... :( My hubby keeps telling me that he's going to be w/ the best people to help him (Ronald McDonald Children's hospital @ Loyola Maywood) but that's not helping me to be less stressed. I just feel totally unprepared for this....
I know this board is nothing as popular as it used to be, but if any of you have any information/stories that you can share, it would be great. Maybe you know someone that's son has had this procedure done, or maybe there has been one of the other boys on here that's been in a similar situation as Tiny-Man?
