I'v been doing WW for almost 15 months have lost 104 lbs, hit LT about 2 months ago and quite honestly have gotten complacent. but i still have about 15 lbs to my personal goal and all the excitment has worn off... "oh what a surpise, she lost more weight." Not that this is to impress anyone, the encouragment was a great deal of my success, but this is for me, for a number of reasons! I have no family close by, my only friends are co-workers who live on the other side of town and its hard for DH and I to go together b/c of babysitting. I am usually great about getting to the gym 4 days a week but this last few days have not been so great (eating or exercise wize.) I know i have gained, and I'm okay with that- but that is exactly what makes me nervouse! I dont neccesaraly care what the scale says anymore, i really just want to tone up, and worry more about health rather than weight.
So, I was hoping I would get lucky and find someone here that happens to be in the same area that would be willing to be gym buddys a couple times a week after 6pm on weekdays... its harder for me to make an excuse when someone else is so kind to take the time.
