3rd (yes, I said THIRD!) birthday party ideas...

What is everyone doing for the 3rd birthday party?  I know for some of us it may be a little ways away, but I am already planning!

For Carter I think we are going to do a bowling day.  Invite friends and family to the local bowling alley.  Everyone will pay for their own bowling (unless I can get a group package for cheap) and we will supply a lunch and soda for everybody.  I think that would be great!  Carter LOVES bowling!

We are thinking the same thing.  I would love to have a combined party but I think that Kyle deserves his own first.  Next year we are going to start combining.

Aron wants to have a Cars party.  I tried talking him out of it but he is pretty set and I guess it is his party.  We are doing it at home.  We are going to set up our living room to look like Ramone's body shop and the kids are going to paint little ceramic cars to take home.  Have a few ar themed games for them to play and serve race track themed food.  I am not thrilled of the theme but atleast it is easy to do.

For Kyle's first we are having a safari party.  We are going to hide safari animals around the house and put stickers, tatoos, and other small things under them so the kids can go on a safari hunt and we have a monkey craft for the kids to do.  This would work with 3 year olds as well.

we are just doing a family birthday party. Andy hasn't made best friends at school like Joey did at that age. Andy's theme is going to be Backyardigans while Joey's will be Pirates.

Think we are going to do Thomas the tank engine bday for Quentin this year. I can't think of anything else he might possibly like...

Well I'm thinking of doing the combined thing, because Rian and Adria are only 2wks apart with their dates.. I never do anything way out for the 1st birthday.. but yeh still haven't decided! It won't be a very big thing whatever we do, we don't have that many friends and family living here.

Not really sure what we'll be doing this year.  My hubby will probably have to work, so we'll have to plan around that when the time comes closer.  Probably just have family at our house.  I do want it to be a cupcake theme this year for her.

We are having a LadyBug Picnic party for Whitney. She loves LadyBugs. We are doing a 2pm - 4pm so no serving an actual meal. There could be as many as 30 guests but that's pretty much just immediate family and a few friends. My Mom has been kind enough to let us use her house and my sister is helping me plan it. But I can't really think much about LadyBugs right now cause I've got an Elmo 1st B-day party to plan for Matthew. The last 2 months of the year are forever gonna be crazy for us.

We had a family dinner and presents on Evan's actual birthday and then had a party for him (just close friends) the following weekend.  Evan got everything Cars under the sun, he wants to decorate his room with Cars stuff, but his actual party decorations were Mickey Mouse Club house.
