    Very Tired

Hi, My name is Shelia i am 4weeks i am very tired, I find myself falling a sleep all the time i can't focus on anything. I work full time plus i go to school part time, and i have a family too. I use to do it in the past, but now its harder for me to do anything. Is there anyway possible that i can get through this.

I know how you feel.. I felt that way with my last pregnancy..I feel your pain..I have a 3 yr old and newborn..ugh!! LOL Maybe you need to change some of your schedule at home to give you some rest.. look and reevalute to see where you can get some cat naps in.. and maybe some exercise or extra nutrients to help offset the exhaustion

It happens to a lot of pregnant women early in their pregnancy. Did you just find out? Make sure you are taking your vitamins and eating well. Try to stay away from caffiene though, it can make you feel more tired than you were when it wears off. You'll get through it...it just takes time.

Definitely try to get some rest when you can.  It's not easy working full time and going to school.  I did it for a while and I know I was EXHAUSTED!  Try to get some sleep, drink plenty of water, and take your vitamins.  Congratulations!
