Because you don't want to deal with the sloppy, gross mess once the snow melts?

it takes a while to decompose. They can be really slippery and can cause accidents. Seen it happen. We take it to my Inlaws and open the bags and dump the leaves down the ravine then recycle the bags

    Re: Leaves...........

Mary, I don't rake the leaves.  I don't even think we own a rake.  They get cut by the lawn mower.  Or walked on.  Or they fly away.  (Can you tell I don't know?)  But, somehow, they are fine.  Of course, we only have snow once every five to ten years.

We have snow and leaves and the same process. I think raking leaves is some kind of conspiracy to make me exercise. I refuse to buy into it.

We have snow and leaves and the same process. I think raking leaves is highly overrated.

    Re: Leaves...........

I retract what I said. I saw my husband outside raking leaves and he informed me that he always raked the leaves. I've never seen him doing it before so I just thought we had a leaf fairy and effective breezes.
