Carlin, i want to say, enough is enough, make the disicion, its easy! When you say to yourself stop(!) then stop fully and not with one eye closed. I smoked for 7 years 2 packs a day. I was tired of not being able to breath, always smelling badly, teeth yellow etc. Was drinking a lot too. And yes stopped drinking also! if you make the dicision to stop smoking, then do it fully! Simple dont think about it. Instead think about your child(ren). Its so much better for them to grow up with clean lungs! You know that its even worse for them then for you - health wise i mean?
I wish you all the best, most off all, strenght in making the dicision to stop! Once you maked it, dont look back!
