    How to push myself?

    I am about 15 weeks now and just started to see the love handles filling up! I hadn't gained any thing up until this point. I know I am to take walks for atleast 20 mins but I just haven't felt like it. What can or should I do to boost myself to workout?

    This helped me stay fit was www.babyfit.com while I was pregnant gave me motivation to stay healthy!

    My yougest is 19 mos old and I am not pregnant and can't get myself motivated to exercise! if you find some please send it my way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The only way to boost yourself is to just do it. Plan and make it stick. Commit to 2 days a week, set aside time and let everyone know that you are unavailable at that time. I guarantee that if you go 2 x a week for 2 weeks you will be hooked. Once you start you'll want to do more. It's the whole starting thing that is rough. Just plan and do. Goodluck.

    The first thing I would do is to check with your OB to make sure your ok to workout. Next I would join a gym and have Friend come along. If you have a friend there in your face telling you to get up, it's harder to not just go get it over with. After awhile you will be hooked.

    Thank you everyone. I've taken a bit of everyone's advise and I am going to do it! I went to Wal-mart bought some weights. I'm going to do some workouts while watching tv or sitting on the couch. I'll let you all know how I'm doing. But don't stop sending the advises.
