Mari2948053:What do you do when it comes to workouts? I prefer to workout at home because I hate going to the gyms. I need to do something very active so I prefer kickboxing or regular boxing. Helps relieve my stress for the day :)
Kickboxing is GREAT for working out! Burns tons of calories! I miss my class! :(
As for my workouts...it varies daily....We have a personal trainer @ our USCG base now. She's been instructing classes since Feb. We do EVERYTHING. Mostly body weight excerises...and weight lifting. Not so much cardio....but some.Here are a few examples of what we do daily:
chest press, dead lift, chest flies, pushups, sit ups, crunches, and we use sooo much equipment......bosu, weights, med balls, stability balls, etc.!
I can't live w/out my workouts now. :)
