  7 weeks pregnant but already showing..is it normal? Reply Contact Hello Friends, I am new on this site and this is my first baby. I just have this queries that I need to know the answer...is it normal to show baby bump for only 7 weeks pregnant? I mean, my size 0 pants and clothes don't fit me anymore. Well, it still fits but it is kinda tight now... and it is really uncomfortable wearing them. Shall I buy maternity clothes now? Isn't it too early? Can you please advise me? Thank you all fo sharing your thoughts....

I guess I thought I needed to eat for 2. Are you eating more then normal? Can it be weight gain from that? If you are really tiny, you said a size 0, it is a big possibility that you are already showing. I would not rush into maternity clothes right away. You are still pretty small from what I understand with the size 0's just being snug. You could do the rubber band trick with you jeans. Just thread a rubber band through the button hole and around the button. I did this with all mine. I did that and wore bigger shirts. With the first 2 I didn't even own maternity clothes. Just bigger normal clothes. Good luck with your pregnancy. Hope all goes well.

Reply Contact  I suppose it can happen but usually this early on it's just bloating.  That baby is VERY tiny at 7wks :)  And weight gain is another thing.  I was just as small as you and really started showing around 15wks.

Do not completely ignore the fact that you could also be carrying a multiple prego. In any case, your situation is normal, but there's no need begining to wear maternity dresses, but just make sure you are not wearing tight-fitting clothes that could cause discomfort. Cheers!!!

At the end she was a very big baby which was normal for my family history. Unfortuanely I also suffered heavily from oedema, maybe that is also the case. My baby is now 29 weeks and crawling, I'm back to my normal size but my wedding band still doesn't fit!
