Love her!  She's the Mom I never had.

I had to add that I feel bad for my hubby's in laws.  He got the bum end of the deal in the inlaw department!  Tongue Tied

Definitely love her!  She actually lives with us and helps out with watching the kids, buying groceries and just now, she gave me her credit card so I can buy a new crib for Logan!  She's like a second mother to me, actually, and is the best MIL I could have hoped for Smile

I have no opinion b/c my MIL passed away 6 years before DH and I got married.  but had she still been alive I'd have to say I'd have loved her, she was a sweet sweet woman.

My MIL became incapacitated due to stroke in 2002 and died in 2006, but I absolutely adored the woman.  She was the prime reason I gave Patrick all the chances that I did when we were dating early on.  I couldn't bear to lose her as a friend.  Sad  Ended up losing the woman anyways, I guess.

I like her but barely know her.  We barely see her.  She's met Kai once when he was like a month old.

Long Story...but we haven't seen or spoken to her in 2 years. My husband decided he didn't want her in our son's life.

Hate her....everyone's saying Love but honestly she still thinks that her son is 10 and should be siding with her all the time instead of his wife.

    Re: POLL: MIL

Absolutely, 100% hate her, especially since she smacked Jake on the back of the head a few weeks ago and I told her off.  But, I tolerate her for Jake and Jon's sake.  Sometimes, I wish we could just move far far away, just so I didn't have to see her, but knowing my luck, she'd follow us, just like she has already done.  Jon doesn't make it any better...he's a mama's boy all the way and caters to her every desire.  She likes to put us through guilt trips and pity parties all the time.  Ugh, now I'm mad.  I swear, I just think about her and my blood starts to boil.  God I hate that woman.
