Fertility Awareness Method & Calendar Charting

The fertility awareness method (FAM) is a form of natural family planning that uses a combination of several separate methods - usually calendar charting, basal body temperature (BBT), cervical mucus, and cervical observation - to predict when a woman will ovulate. If you are currently using this method of trying to conceive then come participate on this board to share your thoughts, experiences and advice with other members of this board.

If your trying to conceive I have an experiment that worked for me

Please Note: I do not work for this company, I do not sell this product it is readily available at most drugstores and has been for some time now. There is a product called Instead(softcup) it is a very convenient and safe product marketed to be used for a women's menstrual cycle.I decided to use it as an pregnancy aid, and after only 1 month of trying I was pregnant. I have been trying to conceive for 6 years. I went on Clomid, timed my ovulation etc, but nothing worked. I stopped taking clomid and started using the Instead soft cups for my period, and the idea struck me to use the cup as a "Sperm Catcher". After each ejaculation within me, I would stay in position and have my fiance hand me a Instead cup and I would insert it as normal. I would wear it for atleast 4 hours. Well after only one month I was pregnant and I am not a doctor nor medical professional but I am 100% sure it was a direct result of this method. At $5 a box for 15 it's worth a try ladies. U can also try Clomid and this cup.
