First off, I love my DD to pieces. She is my miracle baby. That being said, she can be incredibly difficult. I am very sad and slightly agry at this time. She is 5 years old and tonight for the 6th time now she has cut her hair! Just a week ago I finally bought her some pony tail holders because she could fit almost all of it in (shorter sides but they made it in though fine hair they would slip out). She was trilled to wear a pony tail like her anut Karen and mommy. Well tonight she got bored and cut the sides and bangs (she cut bangs the last time, I don't like them on her) again. This time the one side is so short that it is impossible to cover up. We have talked to her about this each and every time she has done it. Last time she did it was in May. I am beside myself on what I shoudl do anymore. To make it worse, she did this at grandma's house and cut up a whole bunch of things that we not ours as well. Like she just loves sissors. At home we do not let her have them, I put them up high. I left them out on accident in May and she cut. So what should I do? She has used child sissors, sewing sissors, kitchen sissors, hair sissors (I cut DH's and DS hair) and paper sissors. It seems that nothing I say to her makes a difference. I feel like a terrible mom.
