To find out your lunar cycle you need to find out what phase the moon was on your birth date. Then that moon phase is your lunar ovulation day. If you figure out what that phase is and have sex a few days before it, it can trigger your lunar ovulation cycle. It is a BONUS if your lunar cycle and regular cycle are together. When I started TTC I figured out my lunar cycle by looking up when the full moon was in the month I was born. I was born 5 days AFTER the full moon, so 5 days after every full moon I am potentially fertile. When I am charting my temps, CP & CM it will show as if I ovulated 2 times on the months when we TTC before my lunar cycle. Hopefully it won't be too much longer till we are preggo. So don't count this out because it really works.
