If you can afford it, my suggestion is to keep trying through IVF. Did they do ICSI (where they inject the sperm into the eggs) or did they just place the sperm in the petri dish along with the eggs. Also, was the transfer done at day 3 or day 5 or 6 (at the blastocyst stage.) Transferring on the latter days gives you a better chance.
Good luck! My first IVF turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. With my second (with ICSI and a 6 day transfer), it was successful. I'm now in my second trimester.
