Hi Brittany, I just lost the remainder of my baby weight and I can fully relate because I had zero motivation and my daughter was 17 months old before I really felt a desire to exercise again or take care of myself. I followed the Body For Life program by Bill Phillips, but they also have a book put out specifically for women. I would buy that book, Body for LIfe for Women. You don't need to belong to a gym.All you need to be successful is a set of weights (5,8,10,12 lbs) and your running shoes. I don't know how old or how many kids you have, but hopefully you can put a child in a stroller and go around the neighborhood or have someone watch them a few times a week. I did it over a period of 3 months. Write down everything you eat. Have your picture taken for motivation. I find this program very easy to follow, not a diet, a lifestyle rather. I lost a lot of fat- I'm not going to lie, I worked really hard. But once you get going, you will find more and more motivation. Also, make an exercise goal like sign up for a 5K run a few months from now and work slowly toward that by combining walking and jogging. I was never a runner, and I finished two 10K runs during my program. Good luck Lauren

When I got pregnant with my son I weighed in at 135lbs. during my pregnancy i gained 72lbs!! I weighed in at about 207!! About this time, Shaklee introduced a new, revolutionary inch loss system called CINCH. My husband and I were very excited to try it out. With 50 years of nutritional sciece backing Cinch, weknew it had to be good! Cinch is powered by Leucine, specialy formulated to help you break the diet cycle so you can * KEEP the muscle you have, * BURN the fat you don't need, *and LOSE the inces you don't want. Its a clinically tested Leucine formula . In the clinical trial, Shaklee scientists tested a proprietary foemula enhanced with leucine. (Leucine is a muscle-building ameno acid found in protein rich foods.)This lucine enhanced nutrition program was shown to help retain 100% of lean muscle mass. People in the program lost fat, weight and inches while retaining their lean muscle. The best part is, there is a 100% money back guarentee. If you decide you dont like it, you get a FULL refund, No questions asked!! My husband went from 266lbs to 230lbs in less than 6 mos. I went from 207 to 150lbs in 4 mos. Try it out! You have NOTHING to loos but inces!! The amount of support is astonishing!!
