HPT taker-aparter **Doctor Update @ bottom**

That's me this morning.  That's what it has come to, trying to find a BFP!  But it didn't work.  Crying  And just to slap me in the face with it, I am puking my guts out this AM! (sorry, TMI, but I can't officially say MS even though I think that's what it is)  I think I am going to call the dr.  Even if I really am only 12 DPO, a blood test should show something by now.  But I still really think FF is right, and I am 17 DPO.  And oddly enough, the question FF popped up with this AM is "I am way past my usual luteal phase length, but pregnancy tests keep coming back negative. Could I be pregnant?"

Will let you know if I get anywhere with the doc.

Blasted student health insurance!  I have to go to the clinic and pee on yet another stick.  Then, when that comes back BFN, I have to convince the nurse that I am high-risk and trying to get pregnant (not a 19-yr old student, scared outta my mind over an "oops") and that I need to be referred to a reg. OBGYN so I can get a blood test done.  The clinic, at least, is just walk-in, so I am just waiting for DH to shower so we can go.  I guess I better start drinking some water too.  I don't know if I can keep it down though......  Say a prayer, please, that this process goes pretty smoothly.

Well, I went to the clinic and they did another pee test, which of course, was BFN.  So at first they refused to do a blood test.  That was while I was talking to the nurse.  Then the Dr. came in and we talked for a long time.  She says that if the pee test is negative, then a blood test would be negative too.  That doesn't make sense to me, but whatever.  I got a referral to a regular doctor, and will make an appt for next week, I guess.  At least set up a meeting.  Well, I'm due for a pap anyway, I guess.  Hopefully it will be a confirmation blood test.  So at the end of the morning, I'm still just waiting to see if AF shows.  Oh, the dr, from our conversation, thinks that my LP is fine, so progesterone is not going to help if I am going to miscarry.  She thinks that I have most likely been having chromosomal defects that are causing me to MC.  I'm a bit overwhelmed after hearing things differently than I've always been told in the past, but I will just have to be patient.  One more FRER left, so saving it for Monday.

Well at least you will know for sure one way or the other by next week. You should know before then either with AF or a BFP! That stinks that they wouldnt do a blood test but chances are that if a BFP isnt showing on a sensitive POAS test that the blood work may not be any more promising. You have stuck it out this long so hang in there....I know that it is easier said then done!

How frustrating to have a new set of doctors and opinions! I'm sorry for the frustrations and am still praying for your little miracle that makes it all worth it.

Enjoy the holiday weekend and relax!

I am praying for you also.. I really hope you get a BFP soon. I hate that the docs wont do what we ask.. we pay thier asses like 120 bucks to see them for 5 minutes and they cant even give us what we ask for.. I understand your frustration...

Relax this weekend, and try to not stress. I know  its hard..  Good luck and (((hugs))) *****babys dust*****
