AMBER- I am so sorry that you are going through this stress
right now. I have miscarried three times in the past, as recently
as august I lost twins. Miscarriages can be different. With
my first miscarriage, I had SEVERE cramping pain and bleeding.
With my second I had bleeding with little to no pain, and with my third
I had no pain or bleeding, but there were no heartbeats when we went
for a due date ultrasound. The third one I had to have a D&C
because my body did not take care of it naturally. It is not
completely uncommon for women to bleed a little or spot throughout
pregnancy, but clots do raise a small alarm. I know how hard it
is not having health insurance, but my suggestion would be to get to an
ultrasound as soon as possible. Even if to only ease your
mind. Other than that, If you can not get to an ultrasound, then
I would say keep taking care of yourself as if you're pregnant, but
keep an eye on bleeding etc. Also, regarding your previous
miscarriage and your fears of another one, remember that they are very
common (almost 50% of pregnancies end in miscarriage before the second
trimester), and that it is a part of nature, not your fault in any
way. I know it is difficult to cope with, and that nothing
completely takes the pain away of losing that love, but stay strong and
my prayers are with you.
