Hello you guys. I was put on bedrest at 28 weeks with my last pregnancy. I actually started funneling at 26 weeks but my Ob was okay with me finishing out my desk job as I had already put in notice. I was pregnant with twins. I was on bedrest for 8 weeks, released at 36 weeks and delivered my twins 11 days later, the day before my induction was scheduled for. While I was on bedrest I watched lots of movies, spent lots of time online, did my Christmas shopping (boy did the mailman love me that year), caught up my scrapbooking (I do it all digitally on the computer) designed birth announcements other than the date and pictures, learned to crochet from a book/kit that DH got for me at Walmart. Did some little craft projects like Christmas ornaments, got some really neat "stained glass" coloring books and colored them with markers, amazing how relaxing coloring can be. I made "dinner dates" with friends to stop by and eat a meal with me if DH wasn't around so I wouldn't be too lonely. I played the PS2. Even with it all it gets boring and depressing but it is worth every minute of it. I am hoping and praying that this time around I can avoid bedrest as my twins are 3 1/2 and get into way too much trouble if they aren't kept busy.
