You shouldn't feel bad or nervous in any way if you are woman who serves and doesn't or hasn't used being a woman in the service to your advantaged (ie getting pregnant to avoid deployment) The men you work for should know and respect your character. Don't add additioanl stress to your preganancy by worrying about what people think especially if they are people who don't really matter.

I want to congrat you on your pregnancy. That is wonderful. But I know what it feels like to be pregnant in the military. When I had my son 2 yrs ago, I was also one of their good soldiers. And once it sunk in that I was pregnant and I started showing, I started being treated differently like I was worthless to them b/c I couldnt do all the things that I used to do cuz I was pregnant. It sucked but I dealt with it. Just dont let the military and their BS discourage you b/c at the end of the day, they still have to pay you lol. Also, dont forget to fill out a family care plan after you have the baby cuz they will send your discharge papers in so fast it wont even be funny. Thats what happened to me and why I am no longer in the military. I still got an honorable discharge but it was like WOW! But then again it is an easy way to get discharged by not doing a family care plan lol. Good luck to you.
