If you don't like the flow of the name you could always do something like Dominic Jon-David

Both middle names are family names and we decided to give him both because we couldn't decide which we liked better and he WAS going to be our last child. He isn't - number seven is due in 4.5 weeks. If you are not entirely sure about the middle name, perhaps you could try your fathers middle name as the babies middle name. We did that in the case of our fifth son as I felt my father-in-laws first name - Clive was a little too strong.
