    Lamaze Breathing Techniques

With my last pregnancy, we used the lamaze breathing techniques while I was in labor (until my epidrual).  They really helped me focus, relax, and get through each contraction.  This time around I'm thinking of skipping the epidural, but I've forgotten all of those different breathing exercises.  I don't want to have to retake a birth class again, do you ladies know of any websites or books that could help my husband and me refresh our memories?

You can check ebay or you local library for a dvd titled "Laugh and Learn about Childbirth" it's a complete child birth class taught by a certified Lamaze instructor.
