Ultrasound for pelvic pain gave me a little suprise.

I just found out last Tuesday that I was pregnant again after going in for an ultrasound. I was there because my doctor thought I had a cyst. I have an 11 month old at home and was still taking Errin very regularly before bed every night. My husband is being less than supportive and actually had the nerve to tell me that I didn't "have to have" another baby. Don't really know what do as far as he goes. He says he didn't mean it but then said he didn't know how I could get pregnant since I was supposed to be taking birth control which he saw me take every night before bed. uugghhh. Anyone have any advice for dealing with unsupportive husbands. This throws a loop into my life too but if it's healthy I want it to stay that way.

I am sorry that your husband isnt being very supportive right now, but congrats on the pregnancy.  Here is a website stating that Errin is a little less effective than normal birth controls, so it does make it a tad easier to get preggo.  Maybe you can show this to your DH and he can be a little better understanding.

I have no advice for dealing with unsupportive men, but I wanted to let you know that I once got pregnant while taking Errin, too.  Good luck!

I found out last week that I am 5wks pg after having the paraguard IUD for the past 3 years! I had a previous IUD for over 6 years with no issues. This makes baby #5 for us, completley unexpected. My husband is less than thrilled and now upset that I won't concider termination....He's coming around, he started realizing that this isn't only happening to him. This was after I told him he can leave anytime he wants.....it's not what either of us wants. We love each other very much, he's my best friend. I'm in shock that this happened, I feel cheated, and I cannot believe that this could be the reason my marriage falls apart.......Anyway, sorry not much help, but I understand what your going through...

Yeah my husband has definitely come around. Lucky for us it is our number 2 the only kicker is my daughter just turned one. Good luck with your husband. An unplanned pregnancy definitely makes things a little harder.
