I have had fibroids for years, along with occassional ovarian cyst. The dr noticed some fibroids when they did the first u/s and that was at 8wks. They have said that as long as tey don't cause any pain or problems right now there is nothing they can do since they are not posing a problem. We have had no problem hearing the hb everytime so the dr said they know they are there and they may go away on there own this time. I know this may not help you much but try not to worry about them, and concentrate on less stressful things right now. BTW this is my first pregnancy so I may not have any room to give any help, but that is what my dr said. Hope this helps you a little
