    Name Help..Down To Two??

We have a 2 1/2 year old daughter named Kaylee. We are having another December baby and this time its a boy!! We started with several names Logan,Kaiden,Kason,Kaleb,Chase,Brody and I LOVE Greyson but hubby will not go for it at all..........so now we have narrowed it down to LOGAN or KAIDEN........................our last name is McDaniels. Whats your input? We seem to get pretty evenly mixed replies for both :)

I really think both names sound great, but like Logan a little more. Is baby boy going to have a middle name?

If you name him Kaiden and you have Kaylee then if you have another you will probably want to stick with another K name.

I vote for Logan. I also like Kaiden, but agree with PP that you'd be starting a trend of "K" names--which is fine if you like "K" names.

    Logan

Kaiden is SOOOOOOO over used right now he's forever be Kaiden M in school and would probably even need to be more specific and always use his full name because the name is so popular.

    Absolutely Logan.

Kaylee and Kaiden is just too much and too cutesey, not to mention the PP's comment on Kaiden's extreme popularity. Logan is a nice, solid and not too common name.

I vote for Kaiden ... but as you can see I love K names. Some others to throw in the mix if you do want K names that might not be as popular ... Karson,Kameron, Kullen, Keller, Kennedy, Keegan, Keenan, Kellon and then of course my all time favorites: Kendall & Koen

Really, go with Logan and thank yourself for it later.  The whole Cayden/Kayden/Caden/Kaidan etc... thing is way to overdone now.  Besided, I'm not a fan of the siblings with matching initials/names thing and think it's a little tacky.  Logan Mc Daniels is a very nice name.

I think you should go with whatever you prefer.  To me both names are popular, so I wouldn't choose either.  DH and I DO prefer "K" sounding names though...just the way that it is. Our girls are Kayda, Colby, and Kearsti(due december 18th '09).  My name is Kendall. DH's name starts with a "D", so he's the "odd man out."  We didn't do that because we wanted to start a trend...just happens to be the names we like. Boys names we like are Connor and Korben...

Wow those are all my favorite names. I truly love Greyson too. But... hubby dont like it either. My sons name is Kaden. Seems now a days EVERYONES naming their children Aiden, Kaden, Jaden.... I like Logan. Good luck though. I am just starting my journey. May 17th is my due date. I already have three children: Breanna (9), Victoria (8), and Kaden (5). Really hoping for a boy. Got my fingers crossed here.
