Miscarriage Support

It’s perfectly normal to feel shock, grief, depression, fatigue, and a sense of failure after a miscarriage – especially if it was your first or if you had a hard time conceiving. But the women on this board know just what you’re going through and can offer support, help, and friendship.

My dr. (family practitioner) is recommending me to an OB/GYN with RE. My insurance doesn't cover infertility, so hopefully we can at least get some stuff figured out under his ob/gyn.

I've had 2 live births, followed by 2 m/c. I love my dr and wish I could stay with her through this, but I'm happy she is recommending someone to help us.

Amber, I am sorry. I will tell you this though, recurrent loss is not the same as infertility as far as diagnosis goes. My old ins. didn't cover infertility but they did cover all testing to see what was causing my miscarriages. I got answers through an RE that specialized in recurrent loss. You may want to check that out.

Thanks. That's kinda how I'm feeling. I'm not concerned about GETTING pg, just STAYING pg. I may have to call the office and see what they say.
