    How long??

Did it take you stop bleeding after your m/c. I had one a week ago. I was bleeding then it stopped for a few days and now its back and worse than before. I go tomorrow to my dr. to set up my appointment for a d&c, I had a u/s friday and they thought it looked like there was nothing left. but i am in horrible pain (he gave me strong pills to help) and having clots like crazy (sorry TMI) But I was curious if it will go away on its own I really dont want to have the d&c done, but I am gettting to the point where the pain is starting to get to me , I usually don't complain about pain but this has been bad :( Thanks!

    Re: How long??

I'm so sorry. Wish I could help. I've heard that some can bleed for weeks. I luckily on bled for a few days with my past m/c. My first m/c though, I bled for over a week. (((HUGS))) If you're in pain, I'd say it would be best to get checked out. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss.

    Re: How long??

I have been bleeding for a full week now. It is now starting to slow down and hopefully I will have stopped in another couple of days. The DR said I have no remaining tissue so I should be stopped in completely within 2 weeks. I hope so!

Thanks! I did end up going in on 10/7 and having the d&c done.. I felt 100% better after it was over, and the bleeding stopped right after the surgery. My dr. said they got a lot of tissue out and they sent it to pathology...... Now we are going to TTC again soon :)
