Need another mom to be's help...

Okay...reallly need some help here. Know this might be tmi but I have no one else I can really ask. I'm pregnant with my second. My first was with my ex husband and we had no sexual problems at all. He always wanted it. This pregancy is with my boyfriend and well, to say the least he never really wants to at all. I have to admit, I'm feeling horriblly unwanted. The less he wants me the more I feel like it is all because of me. I feel fat (I have gained quite a bit of weight) and my skin is terrible. I try to spark his interest but it just isn't working. Please someone....tell me what I should do. (And no, letting him know how I feel doesn't seem to be working) :(
