    Numbness

I am seeing the doctor for my next appointment monday, but the last few days my right arm and right leg have felt kind of numb, like my when your circulation is cut off. They are not discolored and i can move them fine, it just feels like my circulation is slowed or something. Has anyone else had this, any ideas on why? Its not painful just uncomfortable. I am just under seven monthes along, and it is my first.

    Re: Numbness

Hi There, I don't think it's directly related to your pregnancy but can i ask you a personal question, are you a bit overweight? i am and i am two month's pregnant now believe me just do some exercises. NOT TOO Much just stretching and mabey some walking or slow cycling. Take things slow but if you get these alarms even the slightest thing, phone your doctor immedeately and tell him about it, and he will know if you have to be checked out immediately or go in on the schedueled date. it's natural to stress while your pregnant but don't stress too much. REMEMBER God is with you at all times.

So sorry for the delayed response! I have gotten that too, even BEFORE becoming pregnant. Is it possible that you have a lot of tension mounting in your shoulders and neck? Being at the computer a lot, sitting at a desk or anywhere the wrong way and sleeping all funky can create "knots" in your muscle which, if bad enough, can pinch a nerve and ultimately jack-up your circulation for a bit. Best solution? Save up 200 bucks and get this: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU=14667822. You'll be glad you did and it's worth every penny! I use it every morning right when I wake up and every evening before I go to sleep. My Husband uses it too. It's a really good bargan and does the EXACT same thing those 3k+ massage lounge chairs do but this way you can take it anywhere, costs a fraction of the price and lasts forever! I used to work for a chiropractic office for many years so....
