Ultrasound showed to black dots @ 5 weeks....

Reply Contact I am 5 weeks acording to the ultrasound, and the lady said that it's too early to tell anything.....but I clearly saw two black circles on the screen! This is my 5th pregnancy and I have never seen that on any of the others... I was wondering if it could be twins...Has anyone else ever had that happen and was it twins??
