Do you mean when we found out how big our babies were? If that is the case, as much as Doc's like to think they are all knowing they are not. I was bigger than average from teh get go, but so what. I did not really measure larger than normal according to the average measurments for preggers women. My son was 10.3 and 22 inches, born on his due date btw. Babies in utero have growth spurts just like kids do. You may measure big this appointment, but your next you may measure "normal". I wouldn't worry about it all, unless you have some sort of medical condition already diagnosed by your doc. Has your doc done an ultrasound? If she is so concerned and has scared the crap out of you she should back it up with something other than oh I think you are a little bigger than normal. Your pregnancy your choice to make her clarify everything she tells you. You are paying for her to bring your child into this world make her earn it. I am not meaning ot sound harsh to you, I just remeber how arrogant my first doc was and how ignorant and scared she made me feel made me feel. Best of Luck!
