    Morning Sickness!!!

    Does anyone have any advice on how to get over morning sickness that strikes anytime of day!! As it isn't really helping me at work and dont really want everyone knowing just yet. Much appreciated x

    I just came back from doc yesterday and she gave me some pills and they work great. I used them when I was pregnant with baby #2 and they are safe. Ask your doc what's best for ypu. I hope that this helps. If you are not into meds you can try lemon juice, green apples or grapes. When I was in the hospital They gave me a little pepsi and that helped also.

    Thanx alot of people have recommended ginger biscuits too. I went into the chemists n they said i canthave any meds yet as i'm still in my 1st trimester!! Arghh!!

    I am in week 7 but i get sick really bad and I need to keep food down because of my seizure disoder. I hope you feel better but in the end it's worth it.

    Spearmint gum worked for me with both my kids. It might work give it a try.
