UGH!! Sinus Infection

  UGH!! Sinus Infection Reply Contact The last 3 days I have been absolutely miserable. I can't sleep if I can't breath through my nose and even yesterday when I went for my 4 week check up she tells me I should just let it work itself out. UGH!! I feel so nasty, my body and my head. I feel so out of breath and the house is a complete pig sty. Just wanted to rant. I should be doing stuff be apparently I lost 4 lbs this past 4 weeks so my doc proceeded to tell me that it's okay but that I need to slow down. If she only knew!!!!!

Sinus Infection Reply Contact  UGH, that has to suck.  Plus the fact that we're already all stopped up anyway.  I had the worst cold when I first got pregnant and it was HORRIBLE.  And I know sinus infections last even longer than a cold.  Just don't try to over do yourself while you feel so bad.

It is kind of gross but really helps get all of that stuff out from your sinuses. I can't remember the exact measurements but it is warm water, canning or pickling salt and a pinch of baking soda (if you use to much salt it hurts your nose). Mix it all together and suck it up into a baby nose sucky thingy, tip your head to the side and squirt it up your nose and then blow it out. The salt is supposed to help kill the infection.

Sinus Infection Reply Contact i was like that last week!! it sucked, i didnt get any sleep for like 4 or 5 days. the doc said use a humidifier, but dh has the windows open so that would have defeated the purpose. i just toughed it out. i can breathe now!!

I am on day 5 of this sinus headache and I've tried everything I can from Vics under my nose when I go to bed, to boiling water then adding vics to that and breathing that in for like ten minutes then I started using that NeilMed Sunis Rinse and nothing still hurts like hell. I am not clogged up its all in my brain and behind my eye balls and in my ears. I just put in to transfer Dr. So I'm not sure what to do at this point. How about this one, I went to the store and asked the pharasist (spl?) if there was anything besides tylonal I could take or do, she said I could take sunifed not sudifed PE but regular sunifed. I thought I had some at home so I did not get it then when I got home I saw I only had PE so I sent my husband back to the store and he went to a different one, they told him I can not take that and that they can not even recommend anything for pregnant woman......I HATE HEADACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
