  Rant & rave...WORK Reply Contact Ok so for those of you that know, i am now on "light duty" at work. WELL, they put out the new schedule today, and have totally CUT my hours. Instead of working 4 days a week like usual, I now work 3-8, and ONE day a week i work 3-11 and have atleast 3 days off a week. It's BS! Monday when I go to work & the bosses are there im going to tell them I can NOT work those hours, i need more whether im pregnant & on light duty or not! Because I have my daughter, the baby OTW, husband in jail that I have to take care of, and I just cant afford to have my hours cut like that! Grrr it makes me so mad! There is a lady that works there, and she gets SO much overtime b/c she has so many bills. 4-5 days a week, she works 7-3 & 3-9, sometimes 3-11. But Im pregnant so they "have to cut mine"....

Yiou won't get your entire check but it's better than nothing. I was out on disability with my last baby for 10 weeks because I had Sciatica that made it painful to do anything other than lay in the bed. So check into that as well. Talk to your Doctor.

  Re: Rant & rave...WORK Reply Contact Well before I was put on light duty, my sciatic nerve KILLED me half the time while I was at work. It hurt to walk up & down the halls, and even more when it came to lifting people. But ever since i stopped doing all that, it hasnt hurt NEAR as bad. Hardly ever anymore. Well Im going to wait & see what my next check is like, and if it wont work, im going to talk to them & tell them I need my 40 hours, and if they cant do that, then ill see about getting disability or something.
