    So nauseated, makes life difficult!

I feel sick all day everyday!! Every thing smells more intense then usual!! I mean it is so intense if my husband goes over to the neighbors I can tell you what they were cooking!! It was pot roast and that sounded so good..lol Does anyone have any tips how to help?? Preferably without taking any unnecessary medication!! Right now I am only 8 weeks along...

hello i'm sick all the time too. This is my second, with my first I was sick all nine months! I find that cuttting some ginger root and putting it in hot water like a tea helps for a while.I also eat a little pickeled ginger. I hope some of it helps just know your not alone.I fell sick all day to, even the smell of my hubby can make me sick and i normal love the smell of him. hang in there it's so worth it.

You might be over it by now, but yes ginger is supposed to help immensely. They also have preggopops and such at baby stores or maybe even in the baby section of stores.

i know how you feel, at the beginning of my pregnancy i was so sick i could barely get out of bed, almost everything made me htrow up or feel like i wanted to. You should ask your OB/midwife about Diclectin, its an antihistamine with vitamin b6 i believe it is, and it worked wonders. within a day of taking these i felt like myself again. i know you dont want to take meds, but this isnt really a medication. its more a vitamin, and for some reason the antihistamine helps control nausea. anywho talk to your doc and see what they say, i know im so glad i did, it helped me get back to my regular schedule.......Good luck :)
