  Anyone with a Bi Cornuate Uterus Reply Contact I was just wondering if anyone else has a Bi Cornuate Uterus, I have this and i am curious to know how anyone who has this pregnancy went. I am 20 weeks and 5 days pregnant and getting a little worried only because i am getting closer to when i delivered my first son at 29 weeks. My Dr. says that there is a 50 50 chance i could go into preterm labor, but he also says since we know what we are dealing with we can prevent it from happening. How he plans to do this i dont know. But if any of you ladies do have this condition i would love to hear yout stories.

I have 2 children here on earth and 2 in heaven, and I'm expecting again almost 30 weeks.. My first was born at 33 weeks 6 days, 2nd was born a 20 weeker bornstill, 3rd was a miscarriage at 10 weeks, then my miracle daughter was born on her due date 40 weeks, and now I'm coming up on 30 weeks with no problems so far.. Each of my pregnancys have been completely different and as you can tell i've carried to all different lengths and terms.. My first 2 were in the right horn, the 3rd the miscarriage never fully attached and my daughter was in my right horn, this baby is in my left.. my doctor told me with each pregnancy I should carry furter but I dont know how much further past 40 weeks I want to go.. as long I get to bring my baby home.. I hope your pregnancy goes well and you can keep your baby in as long as possiable..

  Re: Anyone with a Bi Cornuate Uterus Reply Contact Hi Erica, I am 15 weeks pregnant and I also have a bicornuate uterus. My baby is in my right side and every day I am scared about pre-term labor and cervix incompetency. You unfortunately can't prevent it. Just listen to your body and ask if your doctor will check your cervix - I would ask for every 2 weeks. Right now my doctor is treating my pregnancy as "normal" until otherwise. I am just hoping there is not an "otherwise". There are plenty of women who have normal pregnancy. Yahoo groups has a great community called mullerian abnormalities that has tons of women with the same condition and some who even have more complicated uterus' then we do. Good luck with everything and try not too worry. Just listen to your body and try to rest as much as you can. Take care, Jessica
