You know you're near the end when you start looking at diapers for YOURSELF for fear the bigger the baby gets and the more weight you have pressing on your bladder, the less likely you are to make it to the potty on time. YIKES!

LOL!  These are great.  This is my second pregnancy, but I never really had to endure most of this stuff with the first since he decided that he was going to come at 32 weeks.  I am 30 weeks now and feel like I am near the end because I go to the doctor twice a week every week for monitoring and cervix checks.  Yikes...10 more weeks of this.

You know you're near the end when....all you wear is slip on shoes b/c you can't scrunch up enough to put on socks and tie up shoes. LOL or how about when you put your LO's on top of something to get them dressed instead of bending over to get their clothes & shoes on.
lol!! Haven't been able to put on socks or tennis shoes for awhile because of my back. PT gave me some "tools" to help put them on, but with the belly it is still hard to do!! I feel like an old person with my walker, cane and old people tools!!

You know your near the end... when your belly enters to room before you do. This is my third baby in a short time, my oldest will be about 3 years 2months when the new baby arrives, and I think I started showing as soon as I got pregnant this time.

I know what you mean. My oldest will be 3 years 4 months when this baby is born and my other son will be 20 months.

I have been wearing the same pair of flip flops since the last time I was pregnant... I wore a pair of heels for my city hall wedding and once put on some converse to go hiking... otherwise its the flip flops (they are silver so i pretend they are dressy)

not only can i not bend to put on shoes, but my feet got wider during my last pregnancy so none of my shoes fit comfortably anymore

It's all slippers, all the time for me!!! If I have to go outside in the rain, it's flipflops for sure. My 18 month old son actually brought me a pair of DH's socks, and tried to put them on my feet for me today (so stinkin' cute), since I have given up even trying to put on my own socks! He wasn't able to actually get them on my feet, but he was sure trying to make life easier for potbellied momma!

Crissi: that's so sweet! Awww.... what a sweet son you have. I hope when Andrew arrives and gets older he'll be mommy's little helper instead of a daddy's boy. I'm so selfish. lol

You know your at the end when every different motion or sound you make family thinks your going into labor... yesterday I had a nose bleed and in my mind making links to labor too. It passed and not contractions though, lol. Can't see the feet- still able to put on shoes though kinda. They are velcro sling backs so it is easier, ;).

the baby moves around and it looks like something out of a scary movie - like "Aliens" or something :) - even the kids shrink back in fear when he gets on a "ROLL" lol

Bending over to pick something up leaves me breathless. Just sitting here leaves me breathless half the time.
