    First Time Mommy...Please Help!

Im 20 years old and expecting my first baby in February. I am now around 12 weeks and I've never had morning sickness. I also still feel normal and if it werent for the two home pregnancy test and two trips to two different doctors i wouldnt believe i was pregnant. Should I be concerned because I dont feel pregnant?

I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms until the end of my first trimester, and then I only felt tierd all the time and naps were my best friend!  no nausea or anything through this entire pregnancy (36 weeks!).  I really didn't start feeling pregnant until I felt her move and my belly started to really stick out.  I think it's pretty normal for a lot of women.
