I am so sorry, and I know exactly what you are going through. I had a miscarriage in December, another in February, and then became pregnant again in April. Right at 7 weeks I spotted a little and went completely crazy, knowing that the bleeding had always meant doom in the past. I went in for an ultrasound and the baby looked good. I had an HcG reading, then another 2 days later on Mothers Day. The numbers went from 79,000 to 110,000. Not even close to doubling. My midwife called and said that she wasn't optimistic. I was crushed. However, I went in for my appt that following Monday, and was told (by my perinatologist) to not lose hope on this baby yet. So, I didn't. Instead I went back 2 weeks later for another ultrasound and there was my little baby, heart beating away. Not a day goes by that I don't worry about this baby, but I am now 22 weeks along with my first son, Silas Hudson. So while it is not normal and very scary to bleed, it is fairly common to have "implantation bleeding" at this point. Or in my case, they told me I simply had an irritated cervix and everything turned out fine. Try to stay positive and get in for an U/S as soon as you can to help ease your mind. With your history, your doctor should have no problem scheduling one. Good luck, and hugs!
