I have 3 kids and each one was very different with bowel movements and all breastfed exlusively so I'm not sure if the BF vs Formula argument comes into play. My first pooped after every nursing. My last pooped once a week, I was mortified. I finally called a naturopath to see if anything could be done given that we couldn't find a solution and she perscribed a homeopathic remedy. Within a week or so things impoved dramatically and now my littlest goes several times a day and has since we took this approach 3 months ago.

I use regular prune juice. I mix a little with her milk and it works really fast. Good luck!
