According to the March of Dimes, half a million babies are born prematurely each year (approximately 10 percent of all pregnancies). Premature infants have many special needs that make their care different from that of full-term infants.     My oldest, Callie, just turned 3 in November.  She was born at 28 weeks weighing 2 lbs 9 oz.  My twins, Vincent and Gabriel, were born at 24 weeks in October and weighed right at 2 lbs each.  Gabriel is on the left and Vincent is on the right.

    They're so beautiful! I'm so happy they're all doing so well... and I can't believe Vincent and Gabriel are so big already!!! You're doing a great job Mama! :)
