Making Baby Food

Homemade baby food undergoes less processing and is therefore more nutritious, better-tasting, and less expensive than store-bought, jarred foods. Share information, recipes, and tips with other parents on this board who are committed to or interested in making their baby’s food.

I know what you mean about that not being an okay answer. My son had the stomach flu last week and now he's barely eating anything. He still nurses but he only does that 4-6 times a day. The most I've gotten him to eat in the past 8 days is about 3oz of solid food where before he was eating 6-7oz per meal!

Have you tried letting him do it himself with Cheerios or puffs? That has helped with my son.
