  I dont want to make him cio but good god Im tired Reply Contact I never had this with the girls so Im at a lost. Sean wakes up every3 hrs like clock work and I go in w/o lights no diaper changing and just offer him a boob. He drinks and falls back to sleep. Now I know that I should just try to rock him back or just pat his back while he is in the crib but I feel bad,kinda like I am starving him. I also think that maybe is more hungry then the normal cause he pukes during the day!?! I give him rice cereal 2xs a day and he still gets up looking for milk. I dont want to go out and buy a book on how to put my baby to sleep but I need like a good 5 hrs of sleep w/o having to get up. Please gie me some ideas.

A binky/paci instead of the poor momma milk machine when he wakes up at night. As hard as it is try not to feel bad, your not starving him... The lil one is prob now  just used to wakin up and getting a lil momma time to get him back to sleep...Id def try a bink if your not antibinky just for your own sanity. Josie used to wake up to nurse several times a night but I finally started givin her the bink and not take her out of bed or talk to her...just a lil shhhhhhh shhhhh shhh noise  and she would just fall right back to sleep. I hope you find something that works and you get your much deserved sleep<3

  Kimberly2670453 Joined on 02-21-2008 Wisconsin Posts 2,864	Re: I dont want to make him cio but good god Im tired Reply Contact  The last few nights, Cory has wanted to use me as a paci.  Oh no no no... that just wasnt' gonna work!  So finally last night at 11, I gave her the boob for about 30 seconds, then i wedged the paci into the corner of her mouth as I pulled out, and put her to bed.  She kept the paci and stayed asleep!  yay!

  Dawn429 Joined on 12-29-2008 NM Posts 461	Re: I dont want to make him cio but good god Im tired Reply Contact I don't have much advice, but want to let you know that you are not alone.  Niko still gets up anywhere from every 2-4 hours.  Niko sleeps in a basinette next to our bed (my husband's side of the bed), so he tries to give him the pacificer first and then if he still continues to cry then I feed him.
