Your best bet is to do total body work outs.
Your body will burn fat in specific ways ........if you do JUST one area of your body..you may not lose the fat in that area...but will build muscle underneath.
There is a "clean" diet you may want to try....I did that, and i work out 5 days a wk for an hour....and lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks.
I am not a dietician...or a personal trainer...but my friend is.....and that's where I got my info. from!
